3. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no analytics or marketing cookies until you accept them through the consent banner. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to measure how visitors use the site. IP addresses are anonymised. You can withdraw consent at any time on our Cookie policy page. Strictly necessary technical storage used to remember your cookie choice does not require consent. See the Cookie policy for the full list.

4. The booking tool (Calendly)

Our booking page is provided by Calendly LLC. When you open it and book a call, you submit your details directly to Calendly, which processes them as described in its own privacy policy. The Calendly widget on our contact page is loaded so you can schedule a call; data you enter there is governed by Calendly's terms in addition to this policy.

5. International transfers

Some processors (for example Google and Calendly) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid safeguard under Chapter V of the GDPR.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. Booking and email correspondence is kept for the duration of our business relationship and any legal retention periods that apply.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of these, email erik.bernath@furiosoaiconsulting.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for example the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the French CNIL.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the site or our tools change. The current version is always the one published here, with the date shown above.

This policy is a template prepared for Furioso AI Consulting OÜ. Confirm the processors actually in use and have it reviewed before relying on it.
